Project Description

New System Entertainment

Have you ever wondered what life would be without music? In 2008 Klebert started the New Entertainment System (NSE). Its purpose is to promote Surinamese artists, through promotion and the organization of national and international shows. In Suriname NSE has managed to make a huge contribution to the foundation of known Surinamese artists like Damaru, Cyril of More Love band, Ghetto Crew, Rafick Bottse Diego Peace and many others.

The organization has organized several national and international events. The lovers of Kaseko formations La Caz, Afion Boys and Young Cosje from Netherlands have enjoyed the shows with New System entertainment several times in Suriname. Conversely, there are also local artists and formations such Damaru, Splash Master DJ Gilly, King Koyeba, Ghetto Crew, New system Brass and Aptijd that traveled to the Netherlands to show their skills there.

“Also, in the field of business, I know my social responsibility”. In terms of promoting the Afro-Surinamese culture, Klebert also had a strong commitment. Due to the strong affinity with the Afro-Surinamese culture he organized the Misi Keti Koti contest together with New System Entertainment from 2005 until in 2008 and in 2011 and 2012. The Misi Keti Koti has also received international recognition. The winners have represented Suriname during the Miss Kwakoe election in the Netherlands and also the winners of the Miss Kwakoe contest went to Suriname, thanks to the NSE. In addition, the organization of the Miss Suriname contest also received the support from New Entertainment System in 2006 and 2007.

In 2018, NSE was able to fly the famous duo from SBMG to Suriname with the aim of contributing to the Solar Project in Sipaliwini. A portion of the proceeds from the concert went to a solar panel project.

Furthermore, international shows with Elephant Man, Christopher Martin, Domme Jongenz were coordinated by New Entertainment System.
